What I Do

I am Bhanu Bansal, an Art Director based in Brighton, UK.
My first understanding of creativity came from watching my mother make art as a teacher. I did not know it was “design” then. I just saw how colour, paper and one small idea could become something real.

That stayed with me.

For 9 years, I have worked across brand identity, campaign design and visual storytelling, moving from hands-on design into art direction, shoots, launches and creative systems. I started my career in India, working with brands including HP, Nissan, Dabur, Hamilton Beach Professional and Pee Safe across consumer tech, FMCG, D2C, hospitality, entertainment, EdTech and B2B.

I later moved to the UK to study Visual Communication and broaden my thinking about design, culture and storytelling.
 

My recent work sits across very different worlds: legal AI with Litmas AI, intercultural music with Grand Union Orchestra, live performance with Okailey Music, and policy communication with the International Association for Democracy.

What connects it all is simple: I find the idea, shape the story and build the visual world around it.
